  • What is Bungee Fitness?

    Participants are connected to ceiling anchor points by a harness . The bungee cords provide resistance and buoyancy, allowing participants to perform exercises like squats, jumps, and leaps while remaining supported. 


    Bungee fitness is low-impact and gentle on the joints, making it suitable for people of all ages, abilities, body shapes, and sizes. The bungee resistance also helps to support challenging bodyweight movements and enhance coordination and balance.

  • How can Bungee Fitness Help Me?

    Bungee Fitness provides a wide range of benefits from strength to rehabilitation. It is also an increasingly popular way to work out, as well as stretch the whole body in a fun class enviorment. 

  • Do I Need Any Prior Fitness Experience?

    No prior experience is required! Bungee fitness is suitable for all fitness levels. Our instructors will guide you through the movements and help you adapt exercises to your ability.

  • What Should I Wear to Class?

    Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothes that allow for movement. We recommend avoiding loose-fitting clothing that may get caught in the bungee cords. Athletic shoes with good grip are also advisable.

  • How Long do Classes Typically Run?

    Most bungee fitness classes at Fly Bodies last about 45 to 60 minutes, including warm-up, workout, and cool-down sessions.
